Served as Indonesia’s national focal point for the informal market (2021–2025) and internet sales (2021–2024) working groups. Contributed to policy discussions and strategy development across Member States, including participation in global meetings in Geneva.
This experience reframed how I understand medicines and regulation. Rather than viewing medicines solely as products to be controlled, I began to see them as essential building blocks of health systems, shaped by access, governance, and how people actually obtain care.
